IT'S RESTORATIVE YOGA!Â
Join us September 30th @ 9AM at SAM Shortline Excursion Train Center for restorative yoga. Restorative yoga is practiced at a slow pace, focusing on long holds (2-3 minutes) with the support of props, stillness, and deep breathing. There will also be a wonderful guided meditation to help us settle into our morning practice.Â
Yoga props will be provided to the first 10 to register for this class. You will receive an email from me if you made the top 10. A raffle drawing will also take place.Â
Some of you have been asking about Alive Meditation Yoga's paraphernalia. Lucky for you, I will have some items available for purchase.Â
