The Journey

These online and in-person classes are led by a truly amazing and spiritual teacher. Katrina has and continues to dedicate her life to spreading the message of mindfulness and health to her clients. She's been providing online and in-person classes since 2019. Her goal is to share the belief that life should be lived with joy, gratitude, and balance. She believes this can be done by being present in the moment. This ideal informs and guides her teaching, which are focused on helping her clients better connect with themselves, their communities, and to the rest of the world.
